President and CEO
A seasoned senior executive in the medical device industry, Chuck has a vast career in medical device start-ups to global management of sales and marketing programs for multinational organizations. Chuck is an appointed member of the Tennessee Governors International Advisory Council, and is a designated member of the Tennessee District Export Council. He plays an active role in assisting Tennessee business to think and go global. He has built a vast network of over 400 medical distribution partners in 80 countries.
Vice President, Operations
A leading expert in exporting fundamentals with extensive operations and logistics experience, Chris was previously the director of export customer services at DJO Global, Chattanooga Group, the world’s largest producer of physical rehabilitation products. Her tenacious spirit inspires change by engaging key employees in campaigns and providing clear direction. She possesses specialization in global trade management as it relates to supply chain and inventory levels, as well as specialization in customer services, commodity classifications, product origin rules, export documentation and policies, free trade agreements, department budgets, sales reporting tools, and letters of credit. She has experience with brand integration into selling structures while providing transitional guidance.
Vice President, Product Development & Marketing
Keith is a product development and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the medical device, apparel, and promotional product industries.
He has previously served in numerous roles for DJO Global/Chattanooga Group, the world’s largest producer of physical rehabilitation products. He has been responsible for product development and design, product launches, brand management, marketing communications, sales training, web strategy and trade show strategy. Keith has also served as Merchandise Manager for the Coca-Cola Catalog division of Harrison TradeMarketing, and also served for more than 12 years in the apparel industry, where he was responsible for design and development of apparel product lines, including Russell Athletic, Nautica, Pierre Cardin, Gap, Banana Republic, and JC Penney.

Dwayne has dedicated his career to the advancement of medical and orthopedic devices, providing pain relief and renewed freedom to countless patients around the world. For decades, he has enjoyed building trusted executive-level relationships with global leaders, influencers, and organizations all focused on the physical medicine and orthopedic industries.
Dwayne’s reputation and board memberships have allowed him to quickly build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers in challenging markets. As a collaborative and innovative Sales and Marketing professional, Dwayne drives and manages highly competitive segments of the medical devices industry, generating increased revenue and profitability while developing powerful customer allegiance. He is passionate, and dedicated to serving, and developing products, and solutions to help others live a better life.
